Tapestry Crochet Crab

It’s Saturday again so it’s time for the next part of my crochet bunting

This week’s square is this cute brightly coloured crab.

I have just realised that as yet I’ve not mentioned the border I’m using for each of the squares, oops! Apologies for that if you’d noticed 🤦‍♀️

I’ve used a border of double crochet around the edge of the square (US single crochet) and into each corner stitch I’ve just worked [dc, ch1, dc] but obviously you can choose your own border.

The good thing about this border is that it evens out any wiggly edges which I’m prone to.

I love this style of bunting so much I’ve already started on another themed string of tapestry crochet bunting, but that’s a post for another day.

So here’s the graph if you’d like to download it.

I’d love to see what you make from the pattern, feel free to leave a comment below or to tag me on Instagram @ditzy.and.dotty
